Word of the year

I've never been super big on resolutions. It's so hard to know who you're going to be in a year and for so many, we over commit and don't plan things out accordingly to actually accomplish our goals.
A few years ago, though, I stumbled upon this idea of word of the year. How you go about finding/choosing your word of the year is different for everyone, but it essentially takes the place of a resolution. Rather, it's the this idea that you have a word or phrase that helps move you through the year.

What I am and am NOT taking with me into 2024

When one year closes and leads into another year, it's nearly impossible to not think about what went well and what didn't go well with the previous year.
The further on into my personal development journey I've gone, I've realized how much value there really is in not just reflecting on what you want to do differently, but what went well and what you want to keep doing!
In this episode, I'm sharing just that with you- what went well this year that I am going to keep doing and what I don't want to keep doing as we transition into a new year!
